How many guests can one face painter paint per hour?
The number of guests depends on the chosen designs and the type of event. On average, one face painter can provide:

For events with larger visitor numbers, the designs can be simplified or an additional artist can be arranged. This keeps waiting times manageable while giving every guest the attention they deserve.
Mia’s Magic can be booked for a minimum of two hours. Rates start at €75 per hour excluding VAT, excluding travel and parking costs.

Mia’s Magic was founded by Valinda Voogt, an internationally certified face painting artist based in Lelystad. Using professional face paint, biodegradable glitter and creative designs, she provides face painting for children’s parties, corporate events, festivals and other occasions.
Valinda combines creativity with safe and hygienic working practices. Every concept is tailored to the theme, audience and expected number of guests.
Mia’s Magic service area
Mia’s Magic is based in Lelystad and is available at locations within approximately 75 kilometres. The service area includes: Almere, Amsterdam, Amersfoort, Utrecht, Apeldoorn and other locations in Flevoland and the central Netherlands.
Bookings outside this service area may be possible for larger events. Travel and any parking costs will be included in the quote in advance.

Yes. Mia’s Magic uses professional, skin-safe face paint and cosmetic glitter specifically designed for use on the skin.
What do I need to provide?
A suitable table is usually all that is required. Mia’s Magic provides the face-painting products, a professional chair and all other necessary equipment.
Can the face painter work outdoors?
Yes, provided that a dry, sheltered workspace protected from direct sunlight and wind is available. A canopy is required to protect the products and maintain the quality of the work.
Can the designs be adapted to our theme?
Yes. Colours and designs can be tailored to the theme, audience or visual identity of your event.
Can Mia’s Magic paint many guests in succession?
Yes. For busy events, quick designs and a suitable design menu are used. An additional artist can also be arranged when necessary.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking as early as possible is recommended, particularly for weekends, school holidays and popular event dates. Last-minute bookings may be possible when availability allows.
