Business rates for parties and events
From festivals and fairs to weddings and anniversary celebrations, Mia’s Magic provides face painting, glitter and creative entertainment for children and adults. Our glitter bar, neon face painting and quick designs add colour and interaction to any event.
Quick Face Painting
€75 per hour excluding VAT · minimum booking duration of 2 hours · up to 25 children per hour
Glitter Bar
€80 per hour excluding VAT · minimum booking duration of 2 hours · up to 20 guests per hour

Neon Face Painting
€75 per hour excluding VAT · minimum booking duration of 2 hours · up to 20 designs per hour
For locations more than one hour’s drive from Lelystad, a minimum booking duration of four hours applies.
Travel costs
Prices exclude travel and parking costs.
Travel is charged at €0.40 per kilometre driven from Lelystad. Any parking costs will be charged separately.
Parking, loading and unloading
Because we bring a substantial amount of heavy and fragile equipment, the client is kindly requested to arrange parking no more than a five-minute walk from the work area. This allows us to load and unload safely and efficiently. If required, the client must also provide an exit ticket.
Workspace and outdoor locations
Mia’s Magic brings a professional face-painting and glitter chair. We kindly ask the client to provide one standard table—not a children’s table or high table.
For outdoor parties and events, the workspace must be protected from direct sunlight, wind and rain, as face paint and glitter products are sensitive to weather conditions.
At temperatures below 15°C, we prefer to work indoors. If the temperature is below 15°C, we only work inside a heated marquee with side panels. The client is responsible for providing this and agrees to these conditions when making the booking.
